Remove the Damaged Section
Only the affected area gets stripped back — we're not tearing out a whole ceiling over one stained patch unless the damage actually calls for it.

We Repair What's Underneath
We use a specialized Festool dustless vacuum sander for popcorn removal, keeping the process cleaner, smoother, and low-dust.

We Skim Coat the Ceiling
After removing the popcorn, we apply a smooth skim coat to create an even, seamless surface ready for finishing.
